Representative Gatto moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 (page 3351) was again offered by Representative Gatto. Representative Gatto moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. There was objection. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 be adopted?" Amendment Nos. 4 - 6 were not offered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 325(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
